Kim Goodyear has a strong history of work that has had meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and communities. Since 1995, she has overseen the day-to-day operations of Tom Worrell's diverse holdings in real estate, ranching, resorts, and in environmental technology. This has included:
- Real estate acquisition
- Historical property renovation
- Construction oversight
- Staffing and management development
Prior to that time, Kim served as Risk Manager for Worrell Enterprises, Inc. In that position she built and managed the insurance protection for the entirety of the Worrell publishing business and its employees.
Kim has a B.A. in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and is a graduate of Executive Programs at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. She is also a licensed building contractor in the state of New Mexico.
