Will Kirksey knows first-hand the global need for safe, dependable sources of clean water. During his 35 years working with clients and employers such as the Department of Homeland Security and the Civil Engineering Research Foundation, Will has been a key player in state-side and international projects providing:
- Environmental support for government agencies
- Technical consulting on sustainable development
- Environmental technology evaluation
- Post- 9/11 infrastructure security
Will was in charge of the joint Department of Defense / State Department program which developed HydroSecure™, the Worrell Water Technologies product which is now at work at the highest levels of government protecting water systems from terrorist attack.
